 Position Description 
Advertised Job Summary 
Coordinate activities of a project to increase disability representation in the nursing profession. Assist with recruitment and enrollment, program delivery, and data input. Work with the PD to coordinate the efforts of team members and community stakeholders, including scheduling and logistics for team meetings, the summer immersion program, and professional development activities. Maintain effective communication among all team members and program participants ( students, faculty, clinical staff). Monitor program operations and evaluation. Collect outcome data and prepare relevant reports. Assist with summer student recruitment activities, application processes, transportation and meal coordination, assist with securing accommodations and assistive technology, and other administrative tasks. Assist the PD with budget management and reconciliation, including ordering and processing invoices for supplies, travel, and contractual services. Assist the PD with budget reporting as requested by the funder and at project end.

Qualifications  | Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Project Management, or related field (Bachelor’s minimum, Master’s preferred). At least 2 years of experience in project, program, or research program coordination and management. Prior experience working with programs for individuals with disabilities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Certification or training in project management is an asset.
