About the Role:
Wiley's Digital Events team organizes webinars and virtual events within Audience Solutions, a group dedicated to helping healthcare and science companies expand through our extensive network of research and practitioner audiences. Leveraging our expertise in digital content, marketing, and technology, we offer online advertising, sponsored publications, educational websites, virtual events, and more. Our efforts are powered by the reach and authority of Wiley's scientific journal portfolios, expert content strategists, and society networks.
You'll be joining a highly collaborative team with a strong culture of support, creativity, and shared success, where everyone plays a part in delivering exceptional results.
This role will support the Digital Events Team in delivering webinars and virtual events across multiple key accounts. Projects will involve ongoing society partners and industry-leading brands alike, making skills associated with fostering strong business relationships essential. This role will also, at times, involve collaborating with other Project Managers on multi-sponsor events, as well as ongoing Vertical Initiatives - aimed at providing innovative audience solutions to specific, growing markets. Join our expanding digital events team to meet the increasing need for project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful execution of a wide range of digital events.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective project management while maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their needs.
- Implement the necessary technology to support digital events.
- Support marketing efforts to promote and support digital events.
- Work effectively with various teams and stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Have a strong focus on commercial or event management, taking ownership of project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in German is required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education combined with relevant experience.
- Proven track record of excellence in customer/client relations and outcomes.
- Strong, independent skills in project, product, or event management.
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with supporting technology events, project management, content creation and/or marketing.
- A desire to for continuous learning, collaborative work, and creative thinking.
