Advertised Job Summary  | Will serve as project manager directly responsible for oversight of design and execution of minor capital construction and renovation.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials  |
Preferred Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering/engineering technology or construction management and 5 years of experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities  | Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications; to build, plan and work within budgeted resources; to estimate work and work within a changing work setting; to interpret and apply rules and regulations; to manage work and associate with project managers and staff; to make presentations and prepare reports. Ability to develop a wide base of close customer relationships; to interact with various levels of personnel; to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to use technology; and involve stakeholders.

Job Duty  | Assists Project Management staff with the planning and implementation of capital projects. Monitor project budget, schedule and internal document processing with regular updates to project managers and supervisors. Schedule and attend meetings, provide written minutes. Review contractual documents and provide written recommendations. Assist PM with project closeout activities.
