About the Role

The Studio Project Manager is the operational heartbeat of The Studio, ensuring creative projects move smoothly from brief to final delivery. You'll own and manage the team's project management system ( Wrike ) and work closely with the Strategic Creative Operations Manager to keep workflows clear, deadlines tight, and priorities aligned .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and process , acting as the central connector between creatives, operations, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations in Wrike — including intake, timelines, task assignments, and project progression

  • Partner with the Strategic Creative Operations Manager to prioritise workload and ensure accurate resource allocation

  • Build, maintain, and improve Studio workflows and templates for efficiency and consistency

  • Monitor deadlines and deliverables to keep projects on schedule and within scope

  • Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders

Operational Excellence & Process

  • Serve as the Wrike expert — leading training, troubleshooting, and optimisation across teams

  • Develop and document process improvements to streamline collaboration between creative, marketing, and business partners

  • Support the intake and briefing process , ensuring project requests are clear and actionable

  • Track project dependencies, risks, and blockers , escalating when needed

  • Maintain high levels of organisation and communication across concurrent projects

Team Support & Collaboration

  • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day Studio operations

  • Collaborate closely with Creative Leads and Account Directors on timelines and deliverables

  • Help foster a culture of operational excellence , reducing friction so creatives can focus on doing their best work

  • Partner with teams across Global Brand, Marketing, and Offshore Production to ensure alignment

About You

Qualifications

Essential:

  • 4+ years of project management experience in a creative or marketing environment

  • Master-level proficiency with Wrike (or similar tools) — dashboards, automations, reporting, custom workflows

  • Strong understanding of creative workflows (design, copy, motion, digital production)

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Proven ability to build and optimise processes that improve efficiency

Bonus:

  • PMP or similar certification

  • Experience managing projects across global or hybrid creative teams
