With your exceptional coordination and collaboration skills, you'll orchestrate projects that contribute to our mission of empowering students through education.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for monitoring and shepherding product delivery pipelines and enabling other development team members through production reports, block-breaking, and contractor coordination. You will own the projects for the team, manage their organization, and facilitate the development team’s planning, goal-setting, and deadlines. Therefore, it is essential you are especially organized and team-focused. Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the progress of a product development pipeline and tracking team and project KPIs
- Serving as the point person in day-to-day operations for your team
- Proactively identifying blocking problems in a pipeline and collaborating to develop a tailored solution
- Attending regularly-held remote meetings using a camera and microphone, including daily huddles and weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning sessions
- Coordinating with other Project Managers and management on resource allocation to enable your project’s completion and delivery, including contractor usage and management
- Administering the development team's productivity software, including setting dependencies and labels, organizing workflow boards, and producing reports
- Completing any task that will enable the product development team to deliver a quality product increment on-time and on-budget.

Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively and respectfully across teams and departments
- Effective, professional communication skills, both written and oral
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Technological prowess, including but not limited to strong Excel skills
- Prioritization and delegation skills to enable timely delivery
- Receptivity to feedback from leadership and peers for personal growth and performance improvement
- Ability to enable your development team to deliver products that meet quality specifications, budget targets, and deadlines set by the product roadmap
- Aptitude for identifying waste or other inefficiencies resulting in faster delivery
- Expertise in seeking out and eliminating all blocking issues for a particular team member or a particular product phase
- Excellent and detailed documentation skills that highlight the elements of the product pipeline, including allocated resources, content stages, workflow pinch points, and threats
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive work environment while developing and addressing your team's efficiency
