Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire a temporary Project Manager to manage projects related to our structured multiliteracy programs. The temporary assignment will run from July of 2026 to May of 2027.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager - Structured Multiliteracy will organize, manage, and plan a complex project related to the development of a K-2 Spanish foundational literacy skills program curriculum and related professional learning.
Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborates with managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Develops and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across curriculum writing, editorial review, design, and production phases
- Coordinates with Structured Multiliteracy management to organize and assign work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time.
- Leads the team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manages GTM workstreams and ensure on-time deliverables
- Coordinates cross-functional GTM teams: author, curriculum developers, in-house design team and design vendor, instructional designers, logistics team, product marketing, marketing, customer success, and sales.
- Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
- Manages dependencies between workstreams.
- Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk
- Addresses questions and concerns throughout the project.
- Communicates and collaborates with other internal Wilson teams to provide training and information required to promote and inform programs, and systems.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Displays professionalism at all times.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education or Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business or Project Managements required, or equivalent bachelor’s degree plus project management certification.
- Experience working in the Education or educational publishing industry a plus.
- Experience with Spanish language arts curriculum development projects a plus.
Wilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations. Actual pay will vary based on geographic location, education, work experience, skills, market data, and internal equity considerations.
Anticipated Salary Range: $45 to $55 per hour
