Job Summary  | Under supervision of Teacher Development Center (TDC) leadership staff, assist with reporting to grant funder, curriculum mapping and course development and delivery, communication and recruitment with, Collin and Dallas Colleges; work with Dallas ISD campus faculty and administration; candidate recruitment, candidate selection, candidate orientation process, possibly teach one class, and cohort supervision as member of TDC University Field Supervisor (UFS) faculty; budget oversight and reporting processes.
Minimum Education and Experience  | Master’s degree in Education or related field; certified as teacher and/or principal; at least 5 years’ experience teaching math and/or science; experience as teacher or principal preferably on an urban or Title I campus; effective communication and leadership skills.

Other Qualifications  | To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities  | In coordination with Teacher Development Center (TDC) leadership, maintenance, and reporting for all Teaching Scholars’ records including budget and periodic reporting to donor foundation, supervising students in the field, teaching one course, acting as liaison between district campus employees and TDC leadership.
