POSITION
As a Promotion Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of site-wide and affiliate promotions throughout the year. You will be responsible for operational execution, developing go-to-market documentation, creating creative briefs, and launching promotions with cross-functional support. Additionally, you will lead data cleanup efforts and collaborate across revenue, marketing, finance, and data teams to create predictive data models for promo success. The role will report to our Director Community and Partnerships.
The Impact you will make
- Plan, organize, and execute site-wide and affiliate promotions, ensuring seamless operational processes from ideation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotional activities with overall marketing and revenue goals.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market documentation for each promotion, outlining objectives, target audience, messaging, and key performance indicators.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
- Lead the development of creative briefs for promotional materials, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Ensure creative assets align with the promotion's strategic goals and resonate with the target audience.
- Coordinate the launch of promotions, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Provide ongoing support during promotional periods, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Oversee data cleanup initiatives related to promotions, ensuring accuracy and reliability of promotional data.
- Collaborate with data and finance teams to reconcile and validate promotional results.
- Work across revenue, marketing, finance, and data teams to develop data models predicting the success of promotions.
- Utilize data insights to optimize future promotions and enhance overall promotional strategy.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization, including marketing, sales, finance, and data, to ensure alignment and success of promotions.
- Act as a liaison between teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Educational Allowances
Educational opportunities will be offered for the Promotions Manager at the discretion of the Director of Community & Partnerships and could include participating in a mentorship program, training to further specific career goals, books or digital content to supplement education and attendance at conferences areas of interest and impact for Kajabi’s overall goals and your desired career goals.
One-On-One Process
The Promotion Manager will meet weekly with the Director of Community & Partnerships to catch up and discuss their role. The goal of these meetings is to identify areas where the company and individuals can improve, what areas they’re needing more guidance on, and where the Kajabi leadership team can lend time or resources to help meet goals. It’s also a time to discuss specific expectations and discuss any areas of concern you may have about your job or your team.

$71,150—$123,000 USD
