The role involves managing the operation, maintenance, and stewardship of a portfolio of university-owned and affiliated properties, serving as the primary contact for assigned properties, and overseeing building operations, tenant relations, maintenance, capital projects, and vendor management. The coordinator collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and performs property inspections and emergency responses outside regular business hours.

- Required qualifications include a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, valid Class D driver’s license, and strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) is required; AutoCAD and Photoshop experience preferred.
- The salary range is $57,151 to $67,500 annually with a full-time professional appointment term.
