Step into a leadership role as Provider Accounts Specialist at Bright Horizons, where you will provide support for Provider Accounts team to complete the daily transactional work needed to successfully manage and grow the nationwide backup care provider network. Responsible for gathering and delivering provider data to other members of the team.

This is a remote, but hybrid if within 30 miles of our Westminster, CO office.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with team to complete the daily transactional work needed to successfully manage and grow the nationwide backup care provider network
  • Provide new provider orientations
  • Maintain provider documents
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with providers
  • Respond to provider communications, ensuring appropriate channels are used by providers
  • Maintain good working knowledge or provider network in assigned region
  • Provide support for customer escalations involving the provider network
  • Determine and implement appropriate solutions for client complaints, and billing issues. Complete all requests and tickets within established timeframes

Qualifications:
  • HS diploms or equivalent required
  • Associate Degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or vendor management support function required

Additional Job Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • General comfort level with generating reports and pulling data
  • Remote position if employee lives more than 30 miles from office, 3 day in office minimum if within 30 miles of either office.

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $21.50 – $23.60/hr. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors
