Step into a role as a Provider AP Specialist at Bright Horizons, where you will process Provider invoices and to answer any billing questions & issues from the Contact Center and the Provider Accounts team regarding Provider Invoices.

This is a hybrid role based in the Westminster, Colorado office.

Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices received from Extended Network Providers who provide care scheduled through the Back-Up Care program.
  • Audit each invoice to ensure Providers are billing us correctly for service provided; reduce Cost of Goods Sold
  • Prepare Invoice Adjustment Forms when Providers are billing us incorrectly and send to the proper Provider contact for Billing
  • Work cooperatively with numerous department personnel on researching and resolving numerous billing issues
  • Be available to assist in researching billing questions that may arise from calls within the Contact Center/Provider Accounts
  • Respond to Provider inquiries regarding invoices or payments within appropriate timeframe
  • Appropriately file all Provider invoices once processed
  • Post invoices for payment
  • Resolve After Post Adjustments
  • Reconcile all invoices on day of check run
  • Other projects and responsibilities as designated by the Team Lead or Manager

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort in speaking to external Providers as well as internal team members
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills as well as multi-tasking abilities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
  • General experience working in accounting software preferred
  • Ability to learn internal software/database
  • High school diploma required, AA degree preferred
  • 1 year of accounting/billing experience preferred
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:
The hourly salary for this position is between $20.20 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors
