Description
We are hiring a Quality & Training Coordinator (QTC) to join our growing team! The QTC works within the OGI Center of Excellence (OCE) organization. The primary duties of the QTC include oversight of the technical documents associated with the standard, training and quality assurance, and control primarily associated with the OGI Service Lines. The QTC must have a higher level of understanding on regulatory knowledge, equipment requirements, quality control along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is a remote position with 50% travel requirement.
Quality
- Develop Quality Plan for Alliance OGI that includes SOPs, Forms, Checklists for all applicable regulations, methods and standards to ensure successful quality work is performed
- Submit and manage all documents through document control and ensure available on appropriate Alliance platforms
- Coordinate and/or conduct Performance Assessments
- Coordinate and/or conduct and track quality control measures are in place and are being routinely completed and documented by trained personnel
- Conduct QA OnTrack Quality Assurance findings and work with operations to train and improve technical understanding
- Conduct non-conforming work investigation, document findings, report to operations and clients with corrective actions
Training
- Prepare training PowerPoints for employees and/or clients
- Coordinate and/or conduct classroom, field training, refresher training for Alliance personnel and/or clients
- Track all training recordkeeping required for regulatory requirements and to meet Alliance standards
- Communicate routinely with OEC and Operations on certifications, skill and experience levels for all personnel
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or technical degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of OGI/Quality experience, 8+ years of experience in technical writing
- Demonstrated competency and in-depth understanding of OGI equipment, regulations and Oil& Gas Process
Skills and Requirements
- Must be able to travel and have a valid driver’s license
- Exceptional organization skills and work ethic
- Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, Powerpoint.
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, listening and written
- Flexibility: Must be available to work 40 plus hours as well as some nights and weekend
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to address, manage, and communicate internally on issues.

In compliance with applicable Pay Transparency laws, Alliance Technical Group provides a range of compensation for job postings within locations that have these requirements. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Salary range $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
