The Opportunity
Medisolv is seeking a Quality Application Training Specialist to develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality training content for both external customers and internal teams. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will help build and scale Medisolv’s training program while collaborating closely with SMEs to produce accurate, intuitive, and engaging technical training.

This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, proactive, creative, comfortable with change, and able to thrive in environments where not everything is perfectly polished. You will succeed here if you can take the ball and run with it—bringing new ideas, independent execution, and innovative training approaches to a growing organization.

What You’ll Accomplish
In your first 30 days, you will:
  • Learn Medisolv’s products, workflows, and customer use cases.
  • Become familiar with our current training materials and identify immediate enhancement opportunities.
  • Build relationships with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Begin supporting the organization and structure of the training platform.
In your first 3 months, you will:
  • Develop new training content including videos, tutorials, guides, and assessments.
  • Work with SMEs to create technical training modules.
  • Support early training platform deployment and content organization.
  • Proactively identify gaps and propose flexible, creative solutions—even when information is incomplete.
In your first 6 months, you will:
  • Deliver training sessions to both customers and internal teams.
  • Support standardized learning paths and internal enablement content.
  • Own projects end-to-end, demonstrating strong self-management and adaptability as needs evolve.
  • Help refine and update training materials in alignment with product releases and user feedback.
In your first 12 months, you will:
  • Contribute to a scalable, modern training ecosystem that supports both customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of updated and new technical training with SMEs.
  • Make measurable improvements in onboarding efficiency, product understanding, and customer adoption.
  • Introduce innovative training methods to improve engagement and reduce complexity.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Flexible & Comfortable with Change: You adapt quickly, stay steady when things shift, and can work effectively even when not everything is clean, polished, or fully defined.
  • Proactive Self-Starter: You take initiative, anticipate needs, and confidently take the ball and run with it.
  • Creative Innovator: You think outside the box and develop fresh, modern, learner-friendly content.
  • Collaborative Partner: Able to work effectively with SMEs, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.
  • Curious Problem-Solver: You look for ways to improve processes and aren’t afraid to experiment with new ideas or tools.
  • Clear Communicator: You can explain technical concepts simply and create easy-to-understand learning materials.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage multiple projects independently, with strong follow-through.

What You Bring
  • Experience in customer education, training, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Experience developing training videos, e-learning content, assessments, and written materials.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible content in collaboration with SMEs.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate).
  • Comfort working in dynamic environments where processes evolve and improvements are continuous.
  • Experience with SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Experience in Quality Regulatory and Medisolv Solutions would be a bonus
