Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter (Remote) to support hiring efforts for our Summer Journey program. This temporary position will support the recruitment of qualified educators and support staff who will help students thrive during summer programming.

This is a temporary remote position working up to 29 hours per week through the end of June.

Responsibilities

How you’ll be there for students:
Although this position does not work directly with students, the Part-Time Recruiter plays an essential role in ensuring students are supported by qualified and dedicated staff. Your work will help build strong program teams that support student growth and success.
 
Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Recruiter with Catapult Learning, you will: 
  • Support recruitment for Summer Journey program positions including teachers and instructional support staff 

  • Source candidates through job boards and recruiting tools 

  • Review resumes and screen applicants based on position requirements 

  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications 

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers 

  • Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system 

  • Track hiring progress and support recruitment timelines 

  • Communicate professionally and consistently with candidates and hiring teams 

  • Support offer and pre-employment processes as needed 

  • Assist with additional recruitment-related tasks and projects 

Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 

  • 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred 

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment strongly preferred 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment 

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems preferred 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms

Pay Rate
Starting from USD $25.00/Hr.
