As a Part-Time Recruiter with Catapult Learning, you will:
- Support recruitment for Summer Journey program positions including teachers and instructional support staff
- Source candidates through job boards and recruiting tools

- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Track hiring progress and support recruitment timelines
- Communicate professionally and consistently with candidates and hiring teams
- Support offer and pre-employment processes as needed
- Assist with additional recruitment-related tasks and projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms
