Job Description Summary
The position located in Van Munching Hall is responsible for supporting the recruitment efforts of a nationally ranked Full-Time MBA, Flex MBA, EMBA and 8 Business Master's programs. This includes but is not limited to prospective candidate outreach via email, phone, text messaging, and various platforms. The position will assist with recruiting and yield events, prospective candidate interviews, consultations, presentations and website updates, and various recruiting tasks. This position will also liaison between the MBA/MS Admissions Office, and other departments such as the Master's Programs Office and the Office of Career Services. This position will primarily be responsible for the initial outreach to prospects for all programs and will help prospective students move through the admissions pipeline.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
⢠Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
⢠Experience: One (1) year of professional administrative or coordinator experience.
⢠Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
⢠Knowledge of best practices in organization, administration, and customer service.
⢠Knowledge of proper protocol in dealing with confidential information.
⢠Skill in oral and written communication.
⢠Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.
⢠Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
⢠Ability to multitask while demonstrating a commitment to customer service and sensitivity to a culturally and ethnically diverse community.
