Kiddom is transforming K–12 education by bringing high-quality curriculum, instructional tools, and student analytics together in one coherent system. We are building Learning Intelligence Technology (LIT), a new category that gives educators the infrastructure to plan, teach, assess, and respond to student needs. With Kiddom, educators spend less time managing administrative burden and more time delivering meaningful student instruction. Kiddom’s Talent team is responsible for Kiddom’s outreach and engagement with external candidates throughout the interview process. Our Talent team prides itself on taking ownership of the experience and competitive advantage we provide Kiddom. The ideal candidate is very organized, detailed oriented, and a strong communicator. You are able to quickly and accurately complete tasks and are consultative with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership. While you are a Recruiting Coordinator today, you ideally aspire to grow into a Recruiter in the next year. You are able to learn how to source and screen candidates, as needed, once you’ve mastered all of your other responsibilities.
