Recruiting Operations Manager Full Description

AoPS is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to elevate our talent acquisition operations, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality. In this strategic role, you'll establish robust project management frameworks, optimize all TA functions, and serve as the subject matter expert who enables our Talent Acquisition team to operate as a unified, high-performing organization.

The Recruiting Operations Manager will:
  • Transform our talent acquisition from reactive to proactive by designing and implementing scalable process improvement frameworks
  • Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI recruitment tools to optimize our hiring processes
  • Serve as the go-to expert on Talent Acquisition best practices and ATS optimization for our recruiting team
  • Drive data-driven decision making through enhanced TA analytics and comprehensive auditing of team performance
  • Master our tech stack (including Greenhouse ATS) and create best practices that eliminate inefficiencies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on quarterly business reviews and strategic hiring forecasting
  • Build and deliver training programs while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements

The ideal candidate has:
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition Operations or Program Manager experience in high-volume, niche tech recruitment
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in TA operations
  • Expert proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, AI tools, Google Workspace, and project management platforms
  • Strong recruiting analytics capabilities and Excel proficiency
  • Experience optimizing AI best practices in recruitment (strongly preferred)
  • Background in recruiting tool implementations and optimization (preferred)
  • Self-starter mentality with creative problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects autonomously
