Position Description
Advertised Job Summary | Recruit prospective students into the USC College of Pharmacy undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs. Create educational and marketing materials to support the college’s recruitment program. Identify and promote key partnerships to facilitate the education of prospective students about the programs available at the College of Pharmacy. Track and continually engage with prospective students to facilitate their ongoing interest in the college’s programs and to assess the success of recruitment efforts.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities | The ability to plan, organize, prioritize work, communicate thoroughly and accurately with a diverse population, with colleagues, and with specific outside agencies. The ability to make independent, accurate judgments. The successful candidate will have to learn and maintain a working knowledge of the federal student aid verification and file review process, FAA Access to CPS system, and the associated University financial aid policies and procedures. Should be able to work independently but within a highly integrated team that has service and responsible administration as its highest priorities. Communicate thoroughly and accurately with a diverse population, with colleagues, and with specific outside agencies. The employee should possess leadership capabilities, a high energy level, and a dedication to outstanding student service.
Job Duties
Job Duty | Recruit prospective students into the USC College of Pharmacy undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs. Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including open houses, regional presentations, orientation programs, career days, prospective student tours, etc. Prepare, train and support the efforts of recruitment partners including student ambassadors, alumni ambassadors, faculty, and other staff.
