The University of Florida is hiring a Regional Admissions Officer to lead recruitment efforts across the greater Chicago area. This role involves representing UF at high schools and college fairs, building relationships with prospective students and counselors, managing recruitment territory activities, supporting freshman application review, and handling inquiries through various communication channels.

Manage recruitment activities and represent UF at high schools, state colleges, and regional college fairs in Chicago, Illinois.
Promote multiple UF enrollment pathways including UF Residential, UF Online, Innovation Academy, and PaCE.
Host virtual and in-person information sessions and build relationships with high school counselors and college advisors.
Plan and execute yield events, recruitment initiatives, and travel regularly, including overnight trips within Illinois.
Analyze recruitment data and manage territory plans aligned with enrollment goals; prepare weekly reports and advise leadership.
Review and evaluate freshman applications holistically, assessing academic records, test scores, resumes, and personal statements.
Respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms, and perform administrative duties related to admissions.
Required qualifications include a master's degree or a bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to obtain a passport.
Annual salary is $60,000 with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition assistance, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
