The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) plays a key role in driving growth by introducing and presenting our enterprise solutions to some of the largest K-12 school districts in the country. The RSM role is responsible for developing and managing sales strategies and opportunities within a defined territory, achieving assigned sales quotas, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop and execute a territory-specific sales strategy to build demand, generate pipeline, and close new business.
Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance.
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Lead sales activities and manage resources within the assigned region.
Deliver compelling virtual and in-person solution presentations to audiences of varying sizes.
Monitor market trends, state education policies, and competitive activity to inform strategy for assigned states.
Engage K–12 decision-makers in consultative conversations to understand needs and align solutions.
Navigate complex sales cycles using a solutions-based approach tailored to the education sector.
Maintain clear, consistent reporting on pipeline activity and deal progression.
Leverage deep understanding of district goals, funding mechanisms, local education agencies, and pain points to craft compelling, tailored solutions.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for a portfolio of the nation's largest and most complex school districts.
Travel up to 50% as needed to support sales efforts.

At least 5 years of Enterprise or B2B complex sales experience
Successful enterprise software sales experience, preferably in K-12 with curriculum and professional learning platforms.
Demonstrated experience working with a variety of technology systems and platforms (MS Office, Google Suite, Slack, etc.)
Hubspot CRM knowledge is a plus.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is a plus, but not required

Ability to view computer screens for significant periods of time. The Art of Education University is an online university; therefore, 95-98% of one’s time will be spent on or using technology.
Ability to use a laptop keyboard with accuracy.
