Highlights

Coordinate accreditation, regulatory, and licensing activities with agencies such as CDPH, The Joint Commission, and CMS.
Review and evaluate healthcare regulatory compliance controls and programs.
Develop and update regulatory policies and systems strategically, including integration for new healthcare affiliations.
Provide education and consultation to hospital and medical staff on compliance regulatory standards.
Strong knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, Federal and State regulations (Titles 22 & 24), and Joint Commission accreditation standards required.
Minimum five years of experience in quality or regulatory compliance within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field, RN, or equivalent experience in Quality & Patient Safety required; Master's degree and current RN license preferred.
Experience leading CMS or Joint Commission surveys is preferred.
Excellent analytical, presentation, computer, and communication skills necessary.
Compensation ranges from USD $123,000 to $237,800 per year with comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
