Job Description

The School Operations Support Specialist supports national related services operations with an emphasis on therapist registration, system access management, vendor compliance activities, resource development, and high volume administrative tasks required to keep the Related Services department running efficiently.

Essential Functions:   Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.

·       Maintains therapist records and data; creates/implements/documents processes that ensure data validity in Stride and 3rd party databases;

·       Works with staff to ensure the program is in compliance with and meets all audit requirements;

·       Registers contracted therapists in the NERM system.

·       Utilizes ServiceNow to manage, triage, and track tickets and follow-up actions;

·       Assists with related service vendor risk management activities.

·       Develops and tracks Risk Response Plans for vendors identified as "not effective."

·       Supports development, organization, and implementation of K12 Zone resources, including student activity content for use between therapy sessions

·       Provides operational support to school-based coordinators, managers, and departmental leaders.

·       Supports the contractor interview process, including reviewing HireVues, sending and reviewing tech assignments, and scheduling live interviews.

·       Assists with onboarding tasks such as system access setup, asynchronous assignment tracking, and synchronous training sessions.

·       Verifies contractor hours, comparing billed vs. allotted hours and billed hours vs. work completed.

·       Supports reviews across Simplify, RSM, and other systems used for timesheet reconciliation.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

 

Minimum Required Qualifications:   

·       High School Diploma AND

·       Four (4) years of relevant work experience OR

·       Equivalent combination of education and experience

 

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

 

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

·       Great organizational and time management skills

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong technology skills

·       Experience using search engines (internet) for research projects

·       Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database

·       Proficient in MS Excel, MSWord, and Outlook

·       Ability to clear required background check
