About This Opportunity:
As a Renewal Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting Docebo’s contract renewal operations by driving consistency, compliance, and efficiency across our renewal processes. Reporting into Finance, this role is designed to focus on the strategy and execution of renewals, ensuring that internal stakeholders are fully enabled with accurate data, well-prepared agreements, and structured processes that mitigate risk and protect revenue.

You will partner closely with Account Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure renewals are executed seamlessly and aligned with company strategy. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and commercially aware who wants to make a measurable impact on revenue retention without direct customer-facing responsibilities.

You Will:
  • Conduct detailed reviews of renewal contracts to ensure compliance with Docebo’s standards, policies, and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Own the renewal workflow process within Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities move through the system accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal to prepare, review, and execute renewal agreements, ensuring accuracy and consistency in terms, pricing, and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and maintain renewal documentation, templates, and playbooks to streamline execution and reduce friction across teams.
  • Provide data-driven insights and scenario modeling for renewal deals to support Account Management in strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and track renewal pipelines, providing forecasting support and reporting on renewal performance to leadership.
  • Identify potential risks within renewal contracts (Pricing, Terms, Utilisation, etc.) and proactively recommend mitigation approaches.
  • Reinforce process discipline by maintaining accurate records of all renewal opportunities and driving operational improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of renewal strategies by analyzing historical outcomes, win/loss patterns, and discounting trends.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or Related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess financial and contractual risks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities; capable of managing multiple renewals simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience within a SaaS environment, particularly in pricing, finance, operations, or legal support roles.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in renewals operations, deal desk, sales operations, contract administration, or business operations.
  • Working knowledge of contract law or commercial contract administration.
  • Exposure to financial modeling, pricing analysis, or revenue forecasting.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a global, fast-paced SaaS company.
