Who We’re Looking for
ParentSquare is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Renewals Lead to own the full lifecycle of customer renewals and contract management. This individual will be responsible for driving timely, accurate, and seamless renewals while serving as a trusted partner to both customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing contracts, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
This role will include:
- Own the full renewal lifecycle from initial outreach to final contract execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding their renewals, contracts, and account status, providing prompt and accurate information to build trust.
- Oversee all aspects of contract management with customers, including calculating prorations, adjusting terms, and ensuring all renewal contracts are accurate before securing timely signatures.
- Manage and optimize renewal pricing for customers by applying pricing programs, consortium agreements, and other negotiated terms.
- Complete vendor forms and registrations, and manage all customer contracts by serving as a liaison with legal, security, and other internal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams like Sales and Customer Success to address client issues, resolve escalations, and deliver a seamless experience.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- 3-5 years of experience in renewals, account management, contracts, or related function.
- Strong background in account management with a proven ability to maintain and grow relationships.
- Knowledge of contract management process, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage completing priorities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Security, and Finance teams.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (Hubspot, NetSuite, Maxio).

The salary range for this role will be paid at $70,000 to $80,000 annually, DOE.
