Job Description 
Central Virginia Community College is located in Lynchburg, Virginia, in view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. CVCC is a comprehensive two-year institution of higher education with an enrollment of approximately 5,000 students in occupational/technical programs and university-parallel/college transfer programs.

This position works under the direction of the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning as an integral part of the college-wide assessment, planning, and accreditation efforts. The position will provide support and manage specific components of ongoing planning and assessment processes within the College’s mission and goals.

Special Assignments  | May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
KSA's/Required Qualifications  | Education or experience in social science, assessment, or related field. Ability to use technology such as a student information system (SIS) in an educational environment to query, analyze, and summarize data; experience using applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat to electronically maintain information, prepare reports, and communicate information and assessment results; demonstrated ability to think critically and communicate effectively; facilitates collaboration among faculty and staff to support student success.
