 Position Description 
Advertised Job Summary  | The Research Clinician/Recruiter will leverage advanced clinical skills and program coordination experience to engage directly with study participants, conduct informed consent, assessments, and follow-up visits. The incumbent will design and implement recruitment strategies informed by best practices in patient-centered care, ensure compliance with IRB and grant requirements, and utilize data management and analysis skills to document participant interactions and research outcomes accurately. The Research Clinician/Recruiter will collaborate with the research team to coordinate participant scheduling, resolve operational issues, and contribute to the study’s overall success through continuous process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Requires a master’s degree in area of research specialty.

Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials   
Preferred Qualifications  | Doctoral-trained Physical Therapist with a strong background in direct patient care, program development, and research, as well as demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary collaboration and data management. Expertise in critical care, program leadership, and data analytics to enhance participant-facing activities, support Aim 1, and lead the organization and execution of project implementation for Aim 2.

Knowledge in equipment, data analysis, professional clinical processes, or other specific areas related to the field of research. Ability to analyze and interpret data using inferential techniques.
