| Job Description Summary: | The George Washington University (GW) is committed to the highest standards of ethical research and scholarly conduct. The Office of Research Integrity supports this mission by promoting compliance, integrity, and responsible research practices across the University. The Research Compliance Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for Conflict of Interest and Commitment (COI/C), Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI), and Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) programs, while supporting matters related to allegations of research misconduct. The role also contributes to the compliance review of research-related agreements. The Research Compliance Manager will:

| Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 7 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study plus 5 years of relevant professional experience. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
