What You’ll Do
As our Research Marketing Manager, you’ll be the strategic bridge between Edmentum’s Research team and the K–12 market. You’ll lead the go-to-market strategy for research studies, craft compelling narratives that highlight impact, and ensure research insights are activated across marketing channels. You’ll distill complex findings into clear, engaging stories that build trust and drive adoption among school and district leaders.
In this role you will:
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for research studies, including messaging, asset creation, and multi-channel promotion.
- Support the translation of research outcomes into bold, accessible messaging for K–12 decision-makers.
- Drive impact storytelling by highlighting key outcomes and metrics that support brand and solution narratives.
- Collaborate across Product Marketing, Content, Demand, and Sales Enablement to activate research insights.
- Integrate external market research and industry trends into product positioning and strategic messaging.
- Support internal enablement with digestible summaries, decks, and talking points.
- Monitor and refine research-based campaigns using performance insights.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in product marketing, research/impact marketing, or research communication—ideally in K–12 education or edtech.
- You are skilled at supporting translation of research into clear, engaging content.
- You have experience with data visualization or infographics to communicate findings.
- You are a strong storyteller with a portfolio that showcases clarity, creativity, and impact.
- You have led cross-functional projects and go-to-market campaigns.
- You understand the K–12 education landscape and the needs of school and district leaders.
- You are a strategic thinker with excellent project management and collaboration skills.
- You are passionate about education and driven by an educator-first mindset.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$80,000—$100,000 USD
At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
