Job Summary | The KY Maternal Morbidity and Mortality Task Force Program Manager will serve UK for the newly created program funded by the HRSA program initiative for State Maternal Health innovation.
The overarching goal of the Task Force is to increase the rate and speed with which university adopts the HRSA AIMS bundles that improve patient care and enhance maternal health. The program manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative components of the program under the direction of the grant award operations lead and PI.
Duties will include working with the program Principal Investigator, Co-Investigators, Program Director, Director of Maternal Fetal Medicine and KY Maternal Task Force Chair to manage the various UK aspects of the program, including:
• Managing the development grant proposals for community services to improve Maternal Health;
• Supporting a skills development educational program;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders;
• Marketing and business development efforts; and
• Collection and analysis of UK-related metrics and coordinating with other states to analyze those metrics.
The program manager will report to the grant operations lead, who reports to the Principal Investigator and Director of the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine. This person will work closely with the other state program awards recipients, leadership and staff, including other Office of Technology Commercialization and Office of Sponsored Programs Administration (OSPA) staff.
This is a 5-year grant-funded position that may be eliminated should funding cease or not be renewed.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities |
