Job Summary
The Kentucky Drug Overdose Biosurveillance Program Manager will develop systems, processes, and procedures for state biosurveillance programs.

This position will be responsible for conducting overdose biosurveillance using multiple data sources; collaborating and developing biosurveillance program reports and grants management, including budget and grant narrative revisions; creating IRB protocols and modifications; establishing letters of agreement and consultant agreements; providing day to day leadership, supervision, coaching, and evaluation of the statewide biosurveillance program and related personnel; conducting epidemiologic analyses of biosurveillance data and developing and disseminating biosurveillance data products for stakeholders; collaborating with center faculty and staff on program evaluation and use of evaluation results to inform stakeholders and leverage sustainability funds; and analyzing population-based and other epidemiologic data on substance use, recovery, injury, and related public health topics and developing reports and other data result outputs.

Must be able to conduct data management and analysis using SAS or R/R-Studio, or other statistical analytic software.
