Rowan-Virtua SOM is hiring a Research/Grant Assistant for the Neuromusculoskeletal Institute (NMI). The assistant will collaborate with program coordinators, research staff, and clinical faculty to develop program reports, collect and analyze data, support programmatic development, and serve as a liaison among the research and clinical teams.

Highlights
  • Research, write, and analyze content for healthcare providers across subspecialties focusing on naloxone co-prescribing, healthcare operations, and patient care.
  • Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting with program and clinical staff.
  • Maintain data integrity, security, and validation processes throughout data lifecycle.
  • Facilitate weekly NMI grant meetings and support implementation of internal and external programs.
  • Collaborate on research protocols, reports, and materials for publication; assist with IRB applications and revisions.
  • Adhere to compliance standards including Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct, and Conflict of Interest Policy.
  • Maintain awareness of federal, state, and university regulations affecting research activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related discipline plus one year of related experience preferred; grant coordination experience required; substitutions allowed for equivalent experience.
  • Full-time, temporary, grant-funded position reporting to Director and Principal Investigators.
  • Experience with government agencies or university settings is preferred.
