Highlights
  • Coordinate and administer student conduct adjudication and case management for on-campus residence hall students.
  • Monitor and intervene in students' physical, mental, academic, and emotional health issues, providing referrals and follow-up support.
  • Adjudicate student conduct violations, determine sanctions, and ensure compliance with sanctions.
  • Serve in on-call duty rotation for crisis, emergency, and duty response in residence halls.
  • Maintain thorough records using SmartSheet and Maxient incident reporting systems.
  • Required software/proficiency: Maxient, SmartSheet, PC-based applications; preferred familiarity with StarRez and PeopleSoft.
  • Must live on campus in a university-provided apartment.
  • Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; familiarity with residential settings and student conduct adjudication.
  • Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in related fields and prior higher education residential life experience.
  • Supervised by the Director of Conduct and Case Management in collaboration with the Associate Director for Housing and Residence Life.
  • Annual salary: $43,888; full-time (100% FTE), primarily Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm schedule.
