Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire a Revenue Operations Analyst (Temporary Position).
Job Summary:
The Revenue Operations Analyst supports the alignment, efficiency, and performance of the organization’s Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role focuses on data analysis, CRM administration, reporting, process improvement, forecasting support, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with business systems and data, and able to translate operational findings into practical recommendations. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people-management responsibilities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain data hygiene in Salesforce, including deduplication, field standardization, record enrichment, and routine data quality audits
- Build and maintain ad hoc and recurring reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for revenue teams.
- Support pipeline reviews, forecasting processes, territory planning, and sales performance analysis.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements across the customer revenue lifecycle and buyer journey.
- Assist with lead routing, assignment rules, account segmentation, and sales operations workflows.
- Monitor data quality and conduct regular audits to identify duplicates, missing information, and inconsistencies.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems teams on operational projects.
- Document business processes, system requirements, standard operating procedures, and reporting definitions.
- Support CRM enhancements, system testing, user acceptance testing, and rollout communications.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations to support business decisions.
- Assist with compensation, quota, territory, and compensation plan administration where applicable.
- Help train end users on CRM processes, reporting tools, and operational best practices.
- Understand and display WLT’s values
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce, ideally including Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to create reports, analyze trends, and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BI or reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Experience with Pardot.
- Familiarity with sales funnel metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and lifecycle stages.
- Experience with CRM automation, workflow rules, integrations, or data enrichment tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data modeling, or business intelligence.
- Experience supporting a SaaS, technology, B2B, or subscription-based organization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Clari, or similar platforms.

Education or Certification:
Wilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations. Actual pay will vary based on geographic location, education, work experience, skills, market data, and internal equity considerations.
Anticipated Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000
