In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, process, and technology, helping transform data into meaningful insights that guide decisions across our revenue organization.
You’ll partner closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Services to streamline how work gets done, uncover opportunities for improvement, and support the responsible use of technology in ways that keep people at the center. Your work will help ensure that the tools and processes we build ultimately support educators and the students they serve.

• Strengthen forecasting accuracy and reporting through effective use of CRM systems and evolving tools
• Collaborate across teams to simplify workflows and identify opportunities to improve how work gets done
• Support a culture of responsible, intentional use of data and technology in decision-making
• Explore, test, and share new approaches that help the business continuously improve
What you bring to help us grow

• Comfort working with data, building reports, and turning insights into meaningful stories
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and strong spreadsheet skills
• Familiarity with tools or approaches that support automation, reporting, or improved workflows
• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is helpful but not required
• A problem-solving mindset with an interest in improving systems, processes, and outcomes
What you'll need to thrive
You approach your work with curiosity and a desire to keep learning, especially when it comes to using data and new tools to improve outcomes. You’re comfortable adapting as processes evolve and bring a steady, solutions-oriented mindset when navigating change.
You look for ways to simplify complexity, making it easier for others to do their best work. You collaborate openly, share knowledge generously, and value different perspectives. Above all, you use technology thoughtfully, always keeping people, impact, and integrity at the center of what you do.
