Reporting to the VP of Global Growth Strategy & Ecosystem with strong alignment to the Chief Revenue Officer and regional sales leadership, this leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of Partner Directors across the America’s, and for driving measurable revenue impact across all Cornerstone’s businesses including Content, LXP, Skyhive, and Immersive Platforms.

In this role, you will:

- Understand the HR and talent landscape, particularly trends around AI, skills intelligence, and the shift from LMS to LXP.

- Thrive in a matrixed environment where success is shared across sales, marketing, product, and partner teams.
- Are an excellent communicator, relationship builder, and operator—comfortable in the boardroom and in the weeds.
- Deep knowledge of the SaaS landscape and partner motions, especially those involving ISVs, content providers, and large consultancies.
- Strong CRM and partner portal fluency (Salesforce, PRM tools).
- Willingness to travel ~30% for customer, partner, and field alignment.
