What We’re Looking For:
The Sales Administrator is a key member of the Enterprise Partnerships team, acting as a knowledgeable partner and process facilitator to executives in the department. They are expected to ensure that Enterprise Sales leaders' priorities are supported and that customer-facing deliverables are provided in an efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • Sales Support and Administration 
    • Receive deal input and details, create and process orders, completing backend processes in a timely manner.
    • Ensure all client onboarding processes are completed in full, meeting relevant deadlines, providing follow up communication with clients on process and status.
    • Maintain and update sales and customer records in SalesForce.
    • Support the Government Team, Channel Team and SVP with administrative tasks.
    • Clearly and timeously respond to incoming requests for information from internal and external parties, including University Partners and senior leadership.
    • Work with marketing to ensure updated marketing materials are available and on demand for customers/prospects as requested.
    • Help coordinate materials for RFP team from various stakeholders internally
  • Engage with Clients/Partners 
    • Provide white glove service to all clients.
    • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and potential customers.
    • Ensure all enquiries are acknowledged timeously.
    • Keep up with product and service information and updates to accurately describe features of products and services.
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders 
    • Communicate across cross-functional teams.
    • Expedite and troubleshoot orders through internal liaison.
    • Improve processes and procedures by providing constructive feedback to key stakeholders.
    • Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments, and relevant opportunity owner

Day-to-day Tasks:
  • Sales Admin - SFDC 
    • Update SalesForce to ensure that the account details are correct
    • Add an opportunity to the allocated account in SalesForce
    • Allocate the respective presentation to the opportunities, including the participant quantities and discount offered
    • Generate the specific Jira ticket needed
    • Expense report tracking and fulfillment
    • Liaise with clients/prospects regarding provision of marketing materials, pricing as directed
    • Respond to all SalesForce cases assigned to Government Team, Channel Team and SVP
  • Client onboarding & support 
    • Process the various client onboarding documents (CAA, DSA and/or Account Application and Participant details)
    • Confirm once all participants are enrolled
    • Follow up on payments and circulate info on paid/unpaid to account owners
  • Liaison with Sales Ops / Finance / Legal / ECS & internal support 
    • Liaise with Sales Ops via Jira tickets, including issues relating to finance and legal, follow up on status of submissions from these groups back to opportunity owner, ensuring execution and flagging delays or blockers  
    • Liaise with internal teams on ad hoc projects
    • Provide support to internal teams

Things That Should Be In Your Background:
  • 3 - 4 Year Sales or Operational related qualification, preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Proven experience with Salesforce/other CRM software, Google Workspace and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Collecting, organizing, and filing sales orders using knowledge of paper and electronic filing systems
  • Using strong attention to detail to enter customer data with perfect accuracy
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

While this position is open to remote candidates across the U.S., we will prioritize those who live in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area and who are available to come into our Headquarters in Lanham, MD two days a week.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($55,000 - $60,000), with potential bonus eligibility.  Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
