Responsibilities will include any activities that contribute to new logo and expansion revenue intervention and supplemental portfolio.

How will you make an impact?
This role supports the Regional Sales Team by driving new customer acquisition and expansion within the intervention and supplemental education portfolio. The Sales Associate contributes to revenue growth, strengthens educator relationships, and helps bring impactful learning solutions to classrooms worldwide.

Candidates can live remotely and will support the Pacific Northwest Central region. All employees must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer.
 
What you'll be doing:
  • Drive new and expansion business by creating and carrying out call/email campaigns to prospective schools and districts.
  • Qualify leads and conduct regular discovery calls and webinars/demos to gauge interest in our intervention and supplemental solutions.
  • Manage sales pipeline of Regional Sales Directors by making follow-up calls to prospects and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Work with Regional Sales Directors to develop cost proposals for large district implementations (basic quantitative skills required).
  • Stay informed of new product features and various marketing events to incorporate into outreach campaigns.
 
What you’ll need to be successful:
  • Sales or other customer-facing experience in K12 space.
  • Previous experience in education (teacher, administrator, etc).
  • Quick learner of digital platforms.
  • Expert in presenting digital solutions remotely through tools like WebEx or Zoom.
  • Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM). This involves converting leads, creating opportunities, and building quotes with the Salesforce CPQ system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable communicating on phone, through video chat, and in-person.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of each outreach campaign, using data and feedback to refine future campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of state-specific initiatives, policy priorities, and funding streams to align outreach and proposals with customer needs.

The pay for this position is $41,200-$55,000 annually, however, base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sales commission plan will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
