The University of Alabama is hiring a Sales Associate I. This role involves performing retail support tasks such as receiving, unpacking, restocking, pricing, shelving, staging, and selling merchandise while operating a cash register and providing customer service.
Highlights
Perform retail support activities including receiving, unpacking, restocking, pricing, shelving, staging, and selling merchandise.
Operate cash register to complete sales transactions.
Provide customer service to store patrons.
Work schedule includes Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some weekends and extended hours.
Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.26.
Required minimum qualification: High school diploma or GED.
Preferred qualification: Extensive customer service experience in retail.
Position is within the Supply Store department at Ferguson.
Must pass a pre-employment background check including social media and internet source review.
