How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll serve as the first point of connection between prospective K–12 districts and the solutions that help them thrive. You’ll introduce district leaders to new possibilities, uncover their challenges, and help them begin a journey toward smarter, more connected ways of working.
Working within our Marketing team and partnering closely with Sales, you’ll influence pipeline growth by identifying meaningful opportunities and creating a smooth transition for the teams that continue the conversation. This role gives you a front-row seat to the full revenue journey while helping schools access tools that make a real difference.
How You’ll Drive Success
- Engage K–12 district leaders through phone and email outreach, sparking thoughtful conversations that inspire interest.
- Build a strong understanding of Frontline’s solutions and the daily realities administrators face in today’s education landscape.
- Qualify inbound leads while proactively researching and generating new opportunities.
- Schedule follow-up meetings for Education Solution Executives (ESEs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), sharing the insights needed for productive next steps.
- Nurture leads with consistent, value-driven communication.
- Maintain accurate outreach records in our CRM to support visibility and data integrity.
- Meet activity and pipeline goals while contributing ideas that improve engagement strategies.
What You Bring to Help Us Grow
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing outreach roles.
- Tech industry experience is a plus.
- Clear, confident communication skills across phone and written channels.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with the initiative to operate independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and web-based sales tools.
- A motivated, goal-driven approach that builds momentum and encourages progress.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is between $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience, skills, and internal equity. OTE of $70 - $80,000 401(k) match, ESPP, comprehensive health benefits, and tuition reimbursement for eligible coursework.
