As a Sales Enablement Trainer, you will play a critical role in equipping our go-to-market (GTM) teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel. This highly visible role leads the facilitation of new hire onboarding programs across Account Managers (AMs), Account Executives (AEs), and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), as well as supports ongoing development for our tenured sellers through programs like "Road to Mastery" and ASCEND.

You'll Get To:
- Lead all live training sessions for new hire onboarding across AM, AE, and BDR roles
- Facilitate ASCEND sessions for high-potential early-career sellers preparing to move into quota-carrying roles
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with new hires and their managers to reinforce key concepts, support development goals, and monitor progress
- Partner with Enablement Program Managers to continuously improve onboarding and development programs through feedback, iteration, and content refinement
- Own scheduling, attendance tracking, and certification progress for assigned learning programs
- Deliver group training and ad hoc sessions on sales tech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), ensuring reps are set up for success
- Support broader enablement initiatives by designing, delivering, and measuring the impact of targeted trainings based on business needs
- This individual will follow a hybrid work schedule, working two days per week from either our Los Angeles or New York office
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience facilitating learning programs for adult professionals in a corporate setting
- Background in SaaS or sales-related roles strongly preferred
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and sales tech stack tools a plus (e.g., Gong, Highspot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator)
- Experience at BlackLine or with financial automation software is a strong plus
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with an engaging, high-energy presence
- Empathetic and diplomatic—able to connect with and coach sellers at all levels
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience managing learning logistics and tracking performance
- Collaborative and coachable with a growth mindset
- Passion for helping others succeed and creating inclusive learning experiences
