Sales Representative Full Description

Sales Representative, K1–K6 Schools (Commission-Only, 30% Revenue Share)

  1. This is not a traditional full-time role with a fixed salary. Apply only if you are genuinely interested in a commission-based opportunity.
  2. Our commission rates are high — for every contract, including renewals — giving you strong ongoing earning potential.
  3. To help you start earning quickly, we are open to offering a higher commission rate on your initial deals — on the first $25,000 in sales, you would earn 80% commission, and thereafter a fixed 30% on all subsequent sales and renewals. This ensures you see substantial income right away while building a long-term revenue stream.
  4. There is no upper limit (“no upper cut”) — your commission rate remains flat once set, so your earnings grow directly in proportion to your sales without being capped.
  5. We aim to build a long-term partnership where you earn high, flat commissions with no cap — turning every sale into lasting, growing income.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to self-direct and hit revenue goals
