At Preply Business we are looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Specialist, that will be responsible for driving operational excellence, and process discipline across Preply’s sales & GTM organization. This role is key to ensuring our sales engine runs efficiently, forecasting is accurate, and leadership has the insights needed to make confident, data-driven decisions, that are then followed by strong, disciplined execution

What you’ll be doing:
1. Forecasting & Performance Management 
  • Own the PreSales forecasting process: data integrity, cadence, and alignment with Sales Leadership and strategy
  • Lead steering/performance meetings anchored on data, driving clear actions weekly with Sales teams
  • Build frameworks to monitor key health metrics - Inputs (Contacts, calls emails, SQL rate, win rate)
2. Sales Process & Governance
  • Define, document, and optimize the sales process from Account assignment to closed-won
  • Partner with Enablement/Sales Leadership to roll out and reinforce consistent methodologies related to prospection and Sales
  • Drive process adoption through clear expectations, data hygiene rules, and regular reviews
3. Deal Desk & Commercial Support
  • Support AEs and managers with deal structuring, pricing logic, and approvals
  • Enforce governance on discounts, margins, and contractual terms
  • Refine & Uplevel current processes to allow for scaleability
4. Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Build, maintain, and automate dashboards (Salesforce / Looker / Google Sheets)
  • Provide actionable insights to drive accountability and performance improvement across the GTM org
  • Partner with StratOps and Systems on KPI frameworks and automation opportunities
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Systems, and Enablement
  • Drive communication and alignment between field teams and central Ops
    Partner with StratOps on annual planning, headcount modeling, and quota deployment

What you need to succeed:
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business operations, GTM Operations, or similar
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and advanced Google Sheets / Excel (SQL or Looker a plus)
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Analytical and commercially minded - able to connect metrics to business impact
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, strong prioritization, and ownership mindset
