Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our corporate office and the sales field—supporting our outside sales representatives in multiple capacities. The position requires extensive administrative experience, strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment and the ability to excel in a supporting role. Sales experience is not required, but knowledge of the selling process is a definite plus. The ideal candidate possesses an egoless, collaborative approach to producing great work.
A day on the job looks like this:
- Supporting daily operations for the Sales Support department by collaborating with Inside/Outside Sales
- Serving as the primary point of contact for CCPs and acting as a conduit between the customer and our internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Managing assigned sales rep territories, including effective problem-solving and working collaboratively with other departments as needed
- Composing various forms of correspondence to maintain clear communication with all end users
- Ensuring projects are completed in a way that satisfies all stakeholders
- Key functions including: CCP coordination, stock checks, customer advocacy, expedited freight, issue resolution, inventory requests, new account setup and gift cards
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2 years of experience in customer support
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills when working with both customers and internal departments
- High-level administrative skills
- Strong sense of urgency and a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Egoless, collaborative approach to producing great work

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $22.36-$30.05 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
