Science and Clinical Analyst Full Description

Overview: 
The Science and Clinical Analyst reports to the CCR Administrator. Under the direction of the Administrator assist with supervision of part time and per diem analyst staff of the CCR. This will be a 1.0 FTE position dedicated to Science and Clinical Analyst activity. 

Responsibilities: 
Research and Analytical Support:
  • Deliver research analysis services to CCR clients as assigned.
  • Develop standardized process documents for recurring types of analyses to ensure methodological consistency and quality control.
  • Help manage and maintain CCR-curated datasets in compliance with data governance protocols.
  • Generate written reports and visual outputs summarizing findings in formats prescribed by CCR leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records of consultations and services provided, following CCR’s internal documentation standards.
  • Track all projects, services and activities in formats as required by the CCR leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Mentorship:
  • Assist in the development of instructional materials (e.g., slides, handouts) on topics including, but not limited to, EBM, clinical research design, epidemiology, and biostatistics as required by the Director or Administrator.

Other responsibilities:
• Support the overall mission of the CCR by contributing to process improvement, resource planning, and client satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with CCR Director and Administrator of CCR to assure smooth, efficient, and customer responsive operations of the CCR.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CCR Director, CCR Administrator, or the Executive Director/Senior Associate Dean for 

Research. Qualifications: 
Education requirement: MS in biostatistics, preferred.
 
Prior experience: Consulting and coaching experience in biostatistics, preferred. Minimum Salary: USD $52,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary: USD $65,000.00/Yr.
