Seasonal Admissions Application Reader Full Description

Job Summary:
Seasonal Admissions Application Readers will review and evaluate applications for undergraduate first-year admission utilizing established criteria and professional judgment.

Readers must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Readers will be required to prepare written/email correspondence in the course of official duties. The seasonal position is for the period October 15, 2026, through April 1, 2027. Readers need to be available a minimum of 10 hours per week.

In order to avoid potential conflicts of interest, seasonal readers may not be a family member of a current applicant or someone who plans to apply to TCU in this admission cycle. A seasonal reader can neither be employed by another college or university nor be employed independently or with an organization that provides personal admission counseling.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:
1. Reviews and evaluates admissions applications utilizing established criteria and professional judgment to render a high volume of decisions. 
2. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree.
