The Secretary provides efficient secretarial support, reception, and communication services to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
What you'll do:

    • Maintains appointment and meeting calendars
    • Answers telephone calls, screens and refers calls, and takes messages; provides information as appropriate
    • Composes and types correspondence with or without notes
    • Assembles various records to prepare periodic reports
    • Completes necessary forms to order and pay for items; maintains inventory of forms and supplies
    • Maintains a filing system, including confidential files
    • Additional duties as assigned
Education, experience, and other requirements: 
• High school diploma or equivalent with 0 - 1 years of related experience
• Must pass a skills assessment at the basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
