Old Dominion University is hiring a Secure Research Devops Engineer. The engineer will build, deploy, and maintain systems and applications to support secure research computing, accelerating collaborative regulated research activities and controlled information systems under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
Highlights
Build, deploy, and maintain systems and applications for secure research computing.

Apply knowledge of system/application administration, network design, security, and cloud environments.
Manage Windows and Linux server environments, containerized and virtual environments.
Experience with DevOps tools like Packer, Ansible, and Gitlab.

Considerable experience in automation, orchestration, and tool development.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification or equivalent experience preferred.
Salary starts at $75,423, commensurate with education and experience.
