  • Develop and implement evaluation tools and generate data-informed reports on graduating students.
  • Provide individualized and group advising to support student academic progress and transition.
  • Collaborate with students on internships, graduate studies, research, and career pathways.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Required to be a current URI employee with a Master’s degree and experience in academic advising or a Bachelor’s degree with substantial advising experience.
  • Experience with workshop design, facilitation, supervisory duties, and working with diverse populations is essential.
  • Prefer familiarity with social media, Brightspace or similar platforms, PeopleSoft, Starfish systems, and bilingual abilities.
  • Anticipated hiring salary is $61,508 at Grade Level 11.
