We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth across the UK & Ireland. You'll work directly with senior leaders across higher educationâincluding CIOs, PVCs, Registrars, and Alumni Directorsâhelping institutions modernise how they engage, retain and grow their communities.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable operating at executive level, leading complex conversations, and shaping deals from first engagement through to close.
You'll take ownership of new logo acquisition across Ellucian's expanding portfolio, with a particular focus on alumni and lifelong learning solutions. You'll be supported by an established, collaborative sales team and a well-embedded presence in the sector.
This role requires 50-75% travel within the UK & Ireland.

Own new business across a defined UK & Ireland territory, focusing on strategic whitespace accountsBuild and execute clear territory plans aligned to revenue and growth targetsDevelop strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning Ellucian as a long-term partnerLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a structured, value-led approachUnderstand each institution's priorities, challenges, and technology landscape to shape relevant solutionsManage the full sales cycleâfrom initial engagement through to negotiation and closeMaintain a disciplined pipeline, with accurate forecasting and clear account strategiesBring together internal teams to deliver joined-up, high-quality customer engagementsStay close to sector developments, policy changes, and competitive activityWhat You Will Bring
Proven experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally into higher educationStrong track record of winning new business and delivering against quota in complex environmentsConfidence engaging senior decision-makers and navigating multi-layered organisationsA structured, consultative approach to salesCommercial awareness and the ability to connect solutions to institutional outcomesFamiliarity with AI or data-led approaches to sales is advantageousExperience in alumni, lifelong learning, or student systems is beneficial#LI-CL1
