Description  | Reporting to the Director of Graduate Admission Operations, the primary responsibilities of this position will be to plan and execute all recruitment marketing, campaigns, and events for graduate admission.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manages automated and ad-hoc email marketing campaigns within Slate CRM, including audience segmentation, personalization, and testing. Interacts with a wide variety of constituents, including faculty, administrators, alumni, vendors, current students, prospective students, and their families. Develops, tracks, and manages channels, content and outcomes for direct marketing and search campaigns including, but not limited to emails, text messages, digital guidebooks, social media, editorial articles, web and other related print marketing and promotional material. Creates and manages editorial and content creation calendars for graduate admission. Oversees all in-person and virtual graduate admission event programs (e.g., recruit or facilitate coordination and briefing of speakers/presenters, develop program agendas, determine order of speakers, etc.). Markets and publicizes graduate admission events through print and multimedia communications. Responds to event-related correspondence including email, text messages, social media, and phone inquiries. Ensures that projects of all kinds are completed on schedule, at or under budget and meeting their stated goals. Plans, tracks, and controls expenses. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree required. At least one year of work or internship experience in higher education, admissions, event planning or related field. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator with excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Strong communication skills, including spelling, rules of grammar and composition, and the ability to vary tone and language based on medium and target audience. Must have a professional demeanor and excellent relational skills.
Preferred Qualifications  | Familiarity with student information/customer relationship management systems, including Technolutions Slate CRM and Ellucian Banner. Working knowledge of PC-based word processing and spreadsheet programs.
